Yes! All CoolCabanas have been designed to be set-up by one person.

We typically recommend a Large for families or groups of three and above. A medium is ideal for a group of one-two.

It is important to note that whilst the large is only 10cm longer when packed up, it provides 45% more shade when open.

Definitely! CoolCabanas are designed to be easily carried on your beach or lake journey.

They come with an ergonomically designed carry bag, featuring a shoulder strap, and weigh 7.5kg (Large) and 6kg (Medium).

Yes! CoolCabanas will fit in (almost) all cars.

When in the carry bag, CoolCabanas are 107cm (Large) and 100cm (Medium).

Yes! CoolCabanas can be used on grass, making them ideal for use at sporting games, the park, or lake.

For use on grass, you will need to pick up our grass kit.

Both sizes provide UPF 50+ protection and have been independently tested by TUV SUD International Testing.

Orders received before 11AM AEST will ship from our Brisbane warehouse on the same or next business day. Orders received after 11AM AEST will ship next business day or in extreme peak periods possibly 2 business days later.

CoolCabanas typically deliver to Australian East Coast metro locations within 2-7 business days, and for WA, SA, TAS, or remote locations please allow up to 5-12 business days.

We are unable to ship to any address linked to a PO Box, parcel locker or location outside the Team Global Express delivery network. Any order submitted to a non-conforming address may be subject to delays or cancellation. 

We offer full refunds for unused products that are resalable and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, please email us athello@coolcabanas.com including your order number. All returns must be sent by you within 14 days of delivery. Once received, your return will be inspected. You will be notified by us of any concerns or receive a refund notification within 3-5 business days. Refunds can take up to 14 days before appearing on your credit card.

Unfortunately orders made through one of our retail partners must be returned to them, warranty and refunds for purchases from retailers are subject to the discretion of the specific retailer and their own return policy.

CoolCabanas products are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship to protect you from harmful UV rays and to provide ample shade.

CoolCabana products are fully warranted against defects in the materials and workmanship for one year from time of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it free of charge, or replace at our discretion.

This warranty does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care and use, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Simply send an email to hello@coolcabanas.com describing the problem, include your order number along with supporting photos. Upon receipt of all information our customer care team will then make a preliminary assessment and endeavor to reply within 2 business days. If you are not satisfied with the preliminary assessment made by our customer care team then please return the item so our technical team can make a thorough assessment. When returning the item email a copy of your return tracking number and invoice for the return shipping fee to hello@coolcabanas.com.

All warranty claims must be supported by your original CoolCabana order number issued by us. If you did not purchase directly from us you'll need to contact your reseller.
