We offer returns for unused products in their original condition and items covered under warranty (see below). If you'd like to return your CoolCabana please send us an email at hello@CoolCabanas.com with the subject line "Return | *YOUR ORDER NUMBER*." Note all returns must be received by us within 14 days of our delivery to you and be resalable in their original packaging.
We know you're going to love your CoolCabana and we make them to improve your experience outdoors without compromising on quality. We want you to be confident in making your purchase so in the unlikely event of a manufacturing or material defect we'll make it right, subject to the terms and conditions of a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. All you need to do is follow the instructions below.
Simply send an email to hello@CoolCabanas.com describing the problem, include your order number and send supporting photos in seperate emails. Upon receipt of all information our technical team can then make a preliminary assessment and endeavour to reply within 2 business days.
Please note - We have thoroughly tested CoolCabanas, we've made them strong enough to last and if used correctly do not break - however, they are not indestructible. If we deem the issue to be misuse we'll offer suitable replacement parts if we have them. Where damage is a manufacturing or material defect we'll put it right as soon as we can at our cost.
If we cannot fully assess the damage from the information provided or you're not happy with our preliminary assessment you will then need to return the item at your cost for a full and proper assessment. Warranty returns must be arranged by the buyer. If we determine the issue to be a manufacturing defect we'll refund the return shipping cost, repair it and ship back at our cost, if the we deem the defect the result of misuse we'll provide a quote to repair and ship it back to you.
Please note, damage caused by high winds, misuse during high winds, negligent use, excessive force, damage caused by dragging or lifting the CoolCabana with sand in the sand pocket(s) or from not using your CoolCabana in accordance with the instructions will void your warranty.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not the fault is a manufacturing defect or not. All warranty claims must be supported by your original CoolCabana order number issued by us. If you did not purchase directly from us you'll need to contact your reseller.
