CoolCabanas Warranty & Returns


We know you're going to love your CoolCabana and we make them to improve your experience outdoors without compromising on quality. We want you to be confident in making your purchase so in the unlikely event of a manufacturing or material defect we'll make it right within 1 year of your purchase. All you need to do is follow the instructions below.


Simply send an email to describing the problem, include your order number and send supporting photos in seperate emails so we can check it out. Upon receipt of all information our technical team can then make an assessment and endeavour to reply within 2 business days. 

Please note - We have thoroughly tested CoolCabanas and we've made them strong enough to last and if used correctly do not break - HOWEVER PEOPLE DO break CoolCabanas.

Each arm is made from just one continuous annodised aluminium section that extends from the centre of the roof to each corner and is capable of supporting 8kg (16lbs) of dead weight hanging off the end, this is well within design wind load requirements. 

If we deem the issue to be misuse then replacement parts will be offered. Where damage is a manufacturing or material defect we'll put it right as soon as we can.

If we cannot fully assess the damage from the photos and information provided or you're not happy with our assessment and offer of parts we may then need you to send it back for a full assessment. Warranty returns must be arranged by the buyer and if it's a manufacturing defect we'll refund the return shipping cost, if the we deem the defect the result of misuse we'll provide a quote to repair and ship the unit back to you.

Damage caused by high winds, misuse during high winds, negligent use, excessive force, damage caused by pulling on the corner fabric columns or frame, damage caused by dragging or lifting the CoolCabana with sand in the sand pocket(s) fair wear and tear or damage caused by not using your CoolCabana in accordance with the instructions will void your warranty.

We reserve the right to determine whether or not the fault is a manufacturing defect or not. All warranty claims must be supported by your original CoolCabana order number issued by us. If you did not purchase directly from us you'll need to contact your reseller.


Returns must be received within 14 days of shipping by us and refunds are only provided for products in their original condition sold directly by us that can be resold. In these instances the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to and from our warehouse, we must receive a tracking number for the returned items. Upon receipt we check the goods and if resalable we'll refund the original item cost less any shipping costs. Do not ship back items sold by any third party to us as the third party seller is responsible for their returns and refunds to their clients.
